Friendly staff, central location, great hiking opportunities, presence of deer, excellent food, wonderful wildlife park, kind and helpful staff, beautiful dining room, good variety of walks, beautiful environment

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the middle of nature and it was magical. The view from the rooms was spectacular, with snow-covered mountains and a beautiful lake in the distance. The food was exquisite, especially the traditional Christmas dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always making sure our needs were met. , loved seeing all the animals, from rabbits to wild deer, roaming around the property, it was really unique.

The road to get to the hotel was quite narrow and could be dangerous, especially at night. , the hotel turned off the lights at a certain time which made it difficult to navigate back to our rooms after dinner.

We loved the relaxed and efficient atmosphere, beautiful dining room, and variety of interesting walks. Our rooms were cozy, warm, and had breathtaking views. Pets were welcome and comfortable in spacious bathrooms.

The hotel had a stunning location on top of a hill and was surrounded by beautiful wildlife. the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price, and the food was delicious. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the hotel had some great facilities, such as animals to see.

Some staff members seemed a bit unfriendly and unhelpful.

Spent an amazing Christmas period in the mountains. Absolutely loved watching the animals , especially the rabbits and deer , roam free in the stunning nature surrounding us. the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. the location was perfect , we were able to easily access picturesque hikes and breathtaking views. the room we stayed in was comfortable and well, equipped, and we really appreciated being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring.

Although the breakfast was decent enough and kept us fuelled for our hikes, we found the options to be somewhat limited. the room could get quite stuffy at times due to the heating, but luckily we were able to open the windows for some fresh air.
